Leftover porridge pancakes

I like mine American style with as many oats and protein as possible


LEFTOVER PORRIDGE OATS

150g leftover porridge (The one pictured was a museli porridge I made with cooked apples)

1 banana

2 eggs

150g flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon almond or vanilla essence

100 ml milk

A little coconut/oil spray for the pan

Makes 4 hefty portions

Blend the lumpy things then mix it all together. Flip it when the top starts popping air bubbles. Should take about 2 mins each side.
